In today’s fast-changing logistics industry, team management and system thinking play a crucial role in driving sustainable business growth. To enhance leadership and execution capability, the SF Lorry elite team travelled to Guangzhou, China to participate in the Business Brain Academy “Management Thinking” course, personally taught by renowned business mentor Mr. Su Yinhua.
During the 4-day program, the SF team explored the core structure of enterprise management:
How to build high-performing teams, design profit-sharing mechanisms, and replicate success through systematic management.
Through in-depth discussions, real case studies, and team exercises, the participants gained valuable insights into goal setting, incentive systems, and organizational culture, learning how to transform teams from “execution-based” to “growth-driven.”
This program went beyond learning — it was a complete upgrade of management mindset.
Guided by the “Three Major Challenges” framework — difficulty in managing people, duplicating processes, and achieving targets — the SF team learned how to apply system thinking to business operations and convert strategies into actionable plans.
