Job Description
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Engage and follow up with new customers via telemarketing
- Support marketing programs and lead generation
- Prepare bi-weekly and monthly reports
- Provide general admin support and documentation
Requirements
- Complete minimum 2 weeks training and meet performance targets
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Committed and result-driven
