Job Description
- Lead and oversee transportation operations for the team.
- Manage all aspects of shipping operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of the shipping process.
- Oversee import and export processes, ensuring full compliance with all relevant government laws and licensing regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for accounting and auditing purposes.
- Direct and manage the company's overall shipping operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customs operations, including customs clearance, customs brokerage, or related fields.
- Familiarity with HS coding and classification.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the shipping, air freight, or logistics industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., international trade, logistics, supply chain management) is preferred.
- Strong research abilities, excellent conflict resolution skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving, with effective follow-up capabilities.
