Job Description
- Serve as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients and staff.
- Screen and direct phone calls, and distribute correspondence effectively.
- Handle requests and queries in a professional manner.
- Travel outstation to attend events and conferences as needed.
- Manage the manager’s diary, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Remind the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
- Type, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least 1 year experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate/ logistic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to travel outstation around 3-5 days
