Job Requirement
- Renew the company’s vehicle road tax and insurance in a timely manner.
- Manage fleet operations, including lorry maintenance and road damage assistance.
- Coordinate and schedule company lorries for JPJ inspections according to their inspection timelines.
- Oversee dispatch duties to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
- Handle courier documents and ensure they are sent to the relevant parties.

Descriptions
- Male candidates are preferred.
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or logistics are a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or dispatch role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes is an advantage.
- Must have own transportation.
