Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Contact transporters and arrange the shipments of customer
- Coordinate with customer on all administrative activities including report
- Attend to customers' needs and queries
- Willing to learn and familiar with back-end system operations, collect system query and look for solutions
- Submit work planner to leader or HOD every month

Job Requirements:
- Prefer candidate at least one year working experience in related field
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
- Able to start as soon as possible
- Willing to learn new things
